All classes take place at Santo’s Health & Fitness in Leigh, giving you a welcoming environment and everything you need for a great workout.

Totally Toned Upper
Wednesdays • 6:00am – 7:00am
A focused upper-body session designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energise. This class blends resistance training with cardio elements to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and start your day feeling strong and accomplished.

Big Booty Burn
Saturdays • 8:00am – 9:00am
Kick-start your weekend with a high-energy lower-body workout focused on legs and glutes. This class combines resistance and cardio techniques to maximise muscle engagement, improve strength, and leave you feeling powerful in a fun, supportive group setting.
