Standard Personal Training Package
A structured 4-week plan designed to build consistency, confidence, and strong foundations.

- 1 personal training session per week
- Personalised workout programme via MyPTHub
- Calorie & macro guidance

Pricing:
- 1–1 Personal Training: £30 per session
- 2–1 Personal Training: £50 per session (train with a partner)
- 10% discount on each additional session booked per week

Premium Personal Training Package
A more in-depth coaching experience for those wanting maximum support, structure, and progression.

- 1 personal training session per week
- Unlimited custom workouts via MyPTHub
- Fully tailored meal plans (Option A & B based on your calories & macros)
